I consider Southern California my home since I've lived here for the last 35 years. There is so much beauty in nature and that is what inspires me the most; therefore I have done many floral and landscape paintings. I like to work in any media that will put an image on a surface including, watercolor, oils, acrylics, pastels and oil pastels. I've always enjoyed drawing and painting ever since I can remember and was always encouraged to be creative by my family. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to work as an artist when I needed to make a living because there weren't the art careers available that there are these days because of the computer.
